Creators After Dark 2026 is excited to host our 18+ experience at the four-star Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel from April 3-5, 2026!
We have taken over this modern, professional hotel to ensure a contained and exclusive environment for our attendees. The Renaissance Richardson is conveniently located right across from the Charles W. Eisemann Performing Arts Center, placing you close to North Dallas. Rooms are first come first serve. If the site tells you it is sold out, try a different room type (double vs king). Some types will sell out on certain nights. We will attempt to add more rooms to the block as necessary. We CAN NOT guarantee rooms, particularly closer to the time of the event.

Location & HOW TO GET THERE
Richardson is one of the most conveniently located communities in the DFW Metroplex. Getting to the convention from anywhere in the region is simple:
Central DFW Access
The hotel is strategically located off Central Expressway (US75) and the George Bush Turnpike (190), offering quick access to points in all directions. This central position provides convenient access to:
- CityLine DFW
- Downtown Plano
- The University of Texas at Dallas

DISCOUNTED PARKING for attendees who are not staying overnight: $10 per day with in and out privileges. Bring your parking ticket with you and get it validated/paid at the hotel. Paying at the gate as you exit will be at regular rate.
Travel via AIRLINE

For those utilizing public transportation, the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) rail system offers exceptional connectivity. You can easily reach points across the Metroplex via rail and major roadways. The closest DART station to the Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel is Galatyn Park Station.
